What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
For existing molds, our MOQ is typically 100 pieces per design. for custom ODM molds, the MOQ starts at 150 pieces. Sample orders are welcome for quality testing.
What is the lead time for production?
Sample production takes 7-10 days. Mass production typically takes 25-35 days after artwork and sample confirmation, depending on the current order volume.
Do you offer graphic design services?
Yes, our internal design team can help assist with UV printing layouts and packaging design. However, clients must provide vector logos (AI/PDF format).
